A Case For Justice
We help create positive systemic change by confronting the institutions that create harmful products or harbor dangerous practices.
A Case for Justice is based on the uniquely American ideal: that every citizen has the right to punish wrongdoers & seek retribution in a court of law through civil legal action. Through informing people of their rights and connecting them to powerful attorneys who work on a contingency basis, we endeavor to make civil legal action accessible to all Americans, regardless of financial status. A Case for Justice is an initiative of A Case for Women LLC.
