Tax Season is here but don't be too quick to file your tax return ..

Why? Certain letters that are needed aren’t available just yet. Your Third Economic Impact Payment (EIP recipients) is to be mailed/uploaded to online account in late January. This letter will help Economic Impact Payment recipients determine if they are entitled to and should claim the recovery rebate credit on their 2021 tax returns when they file in 2022.

🚨If you are looking to apply for an advance...When you file before the IRS officially opens for processing the refund advances tend to be lower amounts.

You CAN NOT file based on last pay stub. The reason is because there may need to be additional adjustments to what was reported and your W2 may reflect different numbers.

Save yourself the headache and wait until you have all of your documents!
