Plant of the week
Lambs Ear
Excellent perennial. Grows in clumps and adds a beautiful textural change to any garden. The leaves are so soft you will have to touch. Prefers full sun. Mature plants can be divided.

When is the BEST time to water?
4am!! Early is better during these hot summer months because the air is cooler and you do not have water droplets left on your blades of grass being turned into magnifying glasses burning your lawn and plants. If you water in the middle of the day most of the water evaporates before it soaks deep into the soil and if you water in the evening the water just sits on the grass causing disease and/or fungus.
