Do you know the difference between confidence and self-esteem?
Self-esteem is whether you appreciate or value yourself.
Confidence is your belief in yourself and your abilities.
Growing up, I was never taught the difference between the two. While I had all the confidence in the world, it took me a little time and intentional healing to build my self-esteem. Have anyone else been there? Let’s chat!

Almost halfway through the year and I don’t know about you but I’m feeling kind of burnt out. So I figured, I would talk to you guys while I’m coaching myself to practice what I preach. Wow! Almost half way through through the year! As memorial day approaches, I can’t help but think if a reset that’s needed. I think it’s time to get the drawing board out and think about what these next 6 months should look like.
