As many others during these ever changing times, we have found living off the land and being self sufficient to be very rewarding.
We want to encourage more like minded people to find the same rewards. We are doing this through selling plants, animals and supplies, workshops, and being helping hands.

Rest of the malabar spinach powdered for soups, smoothies, breads, noodles and totillas. Watermelons for sorbet. (Some snacks too) and finally the broccoli leaves processed for chip snacks. Remains go to rabbits and geese or compost.
