Remember, consistency is key when it comes to losing body fat and building muscle. Stick to a clean diet 80-90% of the time, incorporate strength training and HIIT into your workouts, and be patient with yourself as you work towards your goals. Health and Wellness is first then Fitness.

Fellows where You at? It Doesn’t Matter. Turn Your Weaknesses into Your Strengths and Be Elite.
Current conditioning and previous injury limitations must be taken into consideration, nevertheless this is a good benchmark list for my men clientele. There are progressions to all these exercises and strict form must be performed. These are some of the metrics that I monitor depending on your goals. Let’s Go!

One my favorite iconic photos. As much as performance training is a science it is also an art. Why?
1. No two individuals on this planet are the same. Even identical twins can respond slightly different to the same stimuli.
2. There are techniques and methods that have not been tried or tested. And there lies the creativity, the art. Dynamically customizing and changing a program based off the genius (client) and the movements you see while in action.
3. The mindset and mental aspect training. (Arguably the most important) A trained body cannot perform at a high level without train and prepared mindset.
Ali training pool in the 60s was for show, but brilliant.😀The water provides resistances in all planes of motion and improves endurance.

Getting frustrated or discouraged with the daily scale fluctuations?
Hack: Put the scale away for month. Just focus on putting in the work and being consistent.
Measure your progress by specific strength and performance metrics and by circumference (ex. waist, hip) measurements if your goal is to improve your muscle to bodyfat ratio (a.k.a. tone-up, get lean, shred). It’s common for my clients to gain weight, but loose inches as we increase muscle metabolism initially.
Total weight is only a placeholder in the equation when it comes to the body you envision for yourself. Total weight is NOT a good goal, it is an indicator. What happens when you hit your goal? 🤷♂️
Focus on fitting better in your clothes, getting stronger, performing better at work or play, getting healthier, being more confident, being more consistent and overall wellness (mind & body).
Reminder, the only person that knows how much you weigh is you unless you tell someone.
