Looking back, this post did not age well, did it? 😁
This year has been like ten years in one, but if you’re the type to look for the silver lining in things (and I think there’s a silver lining in everything) this year has also been one of self-reflection, reprioritizing, and reassessing what is important in our lives.
Don’t stop taking care of yourself - take a beat in light of all the things you’re trying to accomplish and find ways to take time to nourish your mind, body and soul.
Everything else will fall into place if you do!
