Pool heaters aren’t supposed to do this! This is the result of poor chemical balancing over time causing corrosion in the heat exchanger.

Texas water is pretty hard 💧 this means that your can develop a lot of mineral deposits in areas with wet/dry cycles like water features, waterfalls and along the water line. Balanced chemistry is the best prevention to damage like this!
