Our customers have brought in some amazing finished projects this week!

Jyme finished her Prairie Skies shawl by Caitlin Hunter, using Beara by Hey Mama Wolf. This is a great DK/worsted weight shawl pattern, and we love Jyme's color combo! She even brought in styling options!

Crochet extraordinaire and DIY queen Thriess has finished this amazing Navajo-inspired crochet blanket using Retrosaria Mondim! We are in awe of her dedication to crochet a throw-sized blanket with fi*****ng weight yarn, using mostly single crochet!

We've got a full house tonight during Craft Night! Summer is here and we're stitchin' away. Come and join us on Wednesdays from 6–8PM and Sundays from 4–6PM!

Pascuali Nepal is BACK! Our customers will know this yarn as one of Knit Dallas' OG plant-based yarns before Pascuali redeveloped it, this time without the nettle.

This fi*****ng weight blend is now 60% cotton and 40% linen- it has a soft cotton core wrapped with a distinct, shiny strand of linen. It also comes in a beautiful range of 30 amazing colors! We're dreaming of a Mirdza Top by Linda Skuja, from Laine's Let's Crochet Issue 1 ( is teaching a class on this top in June!), or the Murano top by Pauline Fanguin from the latest Laine issue!

What are you thinking of making this summer?

When the yarn you're swatching matches the ube latte from the coffee shop next door! We recently have gotten newly released Retrosaria Matiz at the store, and we are in love! It is a thicker aran-weight yarn that has Portuguese Merino in it, and it is so soft and squishy. Also, it is impossible to capture the beautiful multi-tonal heather of this color. It comes through even more on the granny square we made!

From Retrosaria :

"Matiz is an Aran weight 100% wool yarn, produced from the wool of Portuguese native breeds Campaniça and Merino Preto. It's a beautiful weekend and Jules just finished these beautiful beaded clutches! This is the Mieche clutch from Jeanette Sloan's book "Beaded Colourwork: A Modern Approach To Knitting With Beads", published by Laine. Jules knitted hers in John Arbon Textiles Appledore DK.
