Home Again Redesign

These clients had an art studio built above their garage. But once they decided to list, it was time to show the potential of this room. We turned it into more of a studio apartment. I love the result! And I love the orange, which I don’t use a lot in staging...but I think that needs to change 😍

One of my most extreme listing makeovers to date. AND it’s my own home!! So when I tell clients my home isn’t staged and show ready, now they know I’m not just saying it! 😂

Do you have a butlers pantry and you’re not sure how to use it? How about turning it into a bar area and adding a wine fridge!

So fun seeing different designs in hotels!! This isn’t necessarily my style but I still love it 😍 you can always appreciate beauty even if it’s not what you might use in your own home.

We were supposed to see Elton John tonight but unfortunately it was canceled again. But still keeping our dinner and hotel reservations! This hotel is The Pittman in Deep Elum and is super swanky and close to tons of fun things in this area. Maybe we can stay here again when Elton feels up to a concert! ❤️

We sponsored a bounce house and games at our neighborhood Fall Festival and Chili Cook-off this past weekend! It was so much fun meeting new neighbors and lots of real estate agents!! We had a raffle and drawing for some fun prizes too!

Vacations and getaways! Who doesn’t love them??? But do you prefer to book through VRBO or Airbnb? Or you might be like my hubby, who likes to stay at his hotel brand 😉 My first choice is Airbnb. I love staying at places that feel like home…or even better! What’s your go to for vacations?
