Helping Kay with Kidney Transplant.

Hi everyone. Please post, share and help me find a living kidney donor. If you scan the code or go to the web site, you will read my story on the disease. The disease I have is called Polycystic Kidney Diesese, I am END STAGE RENAL meaning I am stage 5 with no cure. With a transplant I am able to continue with life with out having dialysis. I am in my second year of dialysis and it is hard,but I want to live so I do it.
