Listen to your agents and understand that we are in a time where real estate can be very challenging! If you want to purchase a home please understand that we arenโt pushing you to get pre-approved 1st for our benefit but we know the market & we understand that you must be prepared to win! If your agent gives you an action plan follow through with it.
Going to get advice from another source does not remove your action plan! Yes, you still have to pay off bills and yes you still have to save up money. When purchasing a home there is no easy way out.
Lastly if you are approved for $300,000 there is no need to look at homes over your approval range because itโs a sellers market! Negotiating for a lower price died last year.
