"This has been incredibly helpful as I'm staring down recovery right now with my daughter in treatment."
— from a mother who attended my webinar this week.

I've received many messages from people who missed my webinar on family recovery this week asking when it will be presented again. So here's what I'm going to do:

Live Webinar Replay: Monday, April 13, 6 pm ET/ 5 pm CST
From Codependency to Peace of Mind

We'll watch the replay together, I'll be live in the chat box, and I'll come on after for Q&A.

Here's what we covered:
What does "family recovery" even mean?
Relapse DOES NOT mean failure
No more being controlled by the substance use
The Framework for Family Recovery
PLUS:
Codependency in under 60 seconds
The Paradox of Control
Restoring Family Balance
Specific steps families can takes towards your own peace of mind

While this is primarily designed as direct resource for families who are currently impacted by substance use, we had many professionals in attendance as well.

"Warped lives of blameless children..."

That's a line from the "Big Book" of Alcoholics Anonymous that points to one of the most heartbreaking aspects of addiction:

The devastating effects on children living with an unaddressed substance use issue in the family.

Unfortunately, when all the focus is on the "identified problem," it's easy to see how they become the "forgotten voices" in the family.

In this post I share how giving these forgotten voices the opportunity to be heard can literally be a life-changing experience for them.

If you love someone struggling with addiction, you’ve probably heard this:

“Focus on your own recovery.”

But what does that actually mean?

If you're walking on eggshells around a substance use issue in your family, this webinar will show you how to:

• step out of codependent patterns
• set clear, healthy boundaries
• move from chaos to peace of mind

Many Pathways To Recovery
One size doesn't necessarily fit all when beginning your recovery journey.

For years, my work has lived at the intersection of music, spirit, and recovery.

I support people who are tired of one-size-fits-all answers — and who are looking for a path that honors their individuality, their story, and their inner life, while staying grounded in evidence-based care.

The Journey to Recovery is how I walk alongside people one-on-one, using music, storytelling, meditation, and spiritual practices, integrated with evidence-based clinical modalities to help them find a way forward that actually fits.
