Grocery impulse buys7. Top Shelf Cosmetics8. Car payments9. Credit card interest 10. Shipping chargesIf you add all that up it’s hundreds of dollars. I still get one of those coffees and a couple of pedicures, during the summer months. Very nice to meet you here in this space! After sitting at a desk in the corporate world for 34 plus years, I decided there just had to be more I could do. As the co-workers surrounding me always expressed their unhappiness with their health, I realized I could make a difference leading a “Lunchtime Stretch” right in the office! Thats where I started, and here I am today offering simple easy daily ideas to feel a little more secure in your future health and well being. I don’t like to hear that my friends/family members are in pain. There are so many natural solutions to maintain a pain-free lifestyle. I eat plant-based, I use as many essential oils as possible in a day, I workout by walking, riding my bike, and practicing yoga daily. I meditate, and recently discovered that I love involving groups of people to lead them also in their yoga practice and guided mediation practice. This is my story!
