She’s a BUCKET 🪣🔥 Telema Vea Jr is an ALL-AROUND PLAYER!!

She can guard a guard and battle with a big. She can run the PG, play the SG, or slide to the SF. She rebounds on BOTH ends and can score the ball at all 3 levels!

She can shoot it, create her own shot, catch & shoot, knock down pull-ups, and her mid-range game is DEADLY!

But her most dangerous skill might be her PASSING! She sees the floor, makes the right reads, and creates shots for everybody around her.

Complete player. Two-way player. Playmaker.

We already know this season is about to be a GREAT ONE!! 🪣🏀

This how we get started every class!!

One of the main reasons we start like this is because we like to get the kids tired first! They come in with so much energy, so we let them run, move, and get through their warmups.

Once they get that first burst of energy out, they’re able to settle down, focus a little better, and they’re not as jumpy.

Get the body moving first, then we get to work!!

Stay in the Gym, that’s the best way!!
