Co-working with Kinnect is back!!!!

We’ve partnered with Growth Matters to restart our monthly co-working space for clinicians. Our hosts are amazing clinicians and volunteers Kindall Tyson of Kindall Tyson, M.Ed., LPC-S, NCC and Radha Dalal Radha Dalal | ☕️ South Asian Therapist .

Join fellow mental health professionals for two hours of body doubling, good coffee, and even better company.

We’ll gather in a new, comfortable co-working space to knock out the tasks that keep sliding down our lists — treatment notes, admin work, that one project you’ve been meaning to start, that book you’ve been working on, that course you’re trying to complete — all while sitting alongside colleagues who understand exactly why it’s so hard to find the time.

This isn’t just about productivity. It’s about connection. Expect genuine conversation, shared resources, and the kind of collaborative energy that reminds you why community matters — for our clients, and for us.

What to expect:
☕ Coffee and pastries
📝 Focused, self-paced work time
🤝 New colleagues and professional connections
💛 Resource sharing among clinicians
🌿 A little nurturing, for you

Join us for a seminar to support culturally responsive care!

July is Minority Mental Health Month and while many of us are the global majority, we face real disparities here. This seminar addresses challenges and opportunities for working with clients from marginalized backgrounds.

A new year is more than a fresh start, it’s an invitation to reconnect with yourself.

How will you approach your wellness check-ins this year? Will you notice drives you or be more intentional with what growth is teaching you?

Small daily practices, gentle intentions, and introspective moments, no matter how small, are steps toward renewal.

Let this year be about progress, not perfection. Getting out of your comfort is powerful for growing, but remember to take it step by step and never force yourself past your boundaries.

Share your 2026 plans in the comments! We’d love to hear your plans for the year! 🎉

✨ Happy New Year from all of us at Kinnect! ✨
As we welcome 2026, it’s a perfect time to reflect and reset.

The start of a new year can bring pressure to change, improve, or “do more.” If you’re in recovery—or simply needing grace—remember that wellness doesn’t come from strict resolutions. Healing isn’t about starting over; it’s about continuing, one step at a time. Release the weight of “shoulds.” When goals feel heavy, allow the new year to be shaped by kindness, patience, and small, intentional resets. Pausing to breathe and care for yourself is meaningful progress—compassion is always enough.🤍🍃

As we reflect on 2025, we’re proud of what Kinnect has accomplished together—from expanding access to mental health support and strengthening partnerships to deepening our commitment to thoughtful, community-centered care that prioritizes wellness and connection, making this year one of meaningful growth, impact, and purpose.

None of this would be possible without the trust of our clients, the dedication of our team, and the continued support of our partners and community. 💚

✨ We’d love to hear from you—what were some of your favorite highlights or wins from your business this year? Let’s celebrate growth together.

We’re reflecting on a powerful MDA Deltas panel focused on surviving the holiday blues and navigating the complexities of mental health during the season. From understanding stages of grief and recognizing seasonal blues symptoms, to discussing coping skills, su***de awareness, and how to seek help, this conversation created space for learning, healing, and connection.

Kinnect was grateful for the opportunity to facilitate this event focused on fostering open dialogue, compassion, and understanding. Events like this remind us of the importance of community, safe spaces, and honest conversations—especially during times that can feel heavy. Thanks you again to MDA Deltas for encouraging communal support, uplift, and care.❤️
