Healthy Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
▢½ cup milk any variety
▢¼ cup kale chopped and thick stem removed
▢¼ of a ripe avocado
▢½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
▢½ banana fresh or frozen
Instructions
Pour the milk into the blender. Add in the kale and avocado and blend until smooth. Blend the milk, kale, and avocado together until well combined.
Add in the blueberries and banana and blend again until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.

Notes
Use any variety of milk. If you choose almond, coconut, or soy you will have a Vegan Blueberry Smoothie.
Fresh or frozen chopped kale can be used in this smoothie recipe, just be sure to remove the hard stem of the kale if using fresh kale.
Feel free to replace the kale with spinach.
Fresh or frozen blueberries can be used in this smoothie as well.
Fresh of frozen bananas can be used in this Blueberry Banana Smoothie.
If you choose to use all frozen produce, you may need to add an additional ¼-1/2 cup liquid to incorporate the ingredients well.

Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
▢1 ½ cups Almond Milk (360ml) or other non-dairy milk
▢1 ½ cups Frozen Blueberries (220g)
▢1 Medium Ripe Banana (100g)
▢¼ cup Almond Butter (63g) or other nut butter
Topping (Optional)
▢Blueberries
▢Fresh Mint Leaves Ingredients
▢1 ½ cups Almond Milk (360ml) or other non-dairy milk
▢1 ½ cups Frozen Blueberries (220g)
▢1 Medium Ripe Banana (100g)
▢¼ cup Almond Butter (63g) or other nut butter
Topping (Optional)
▢Blueberries
▢Fresh Mint Leaves
Instructions
Add almond milk to the blender jug along with frozen blueberries, banana and almond butter.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Frozen blueberries – are great to keep this smoothie ice cold. You can of course use fresh blueberries if you happen to have them on hand, but then you may want to blend in some ice so that you keep the smoothie nice and cold.
Banana – should be ripe and delicious. You can also use frozen banana. If you want your smoothie to be thicker, then feel free to add more banana.
Sweet enough? Taste test and see if it’s sweet enough for you. If not, feel free to add some maple syrup to sweeten it up.
Servings. This recipe can make one large serving or two smaller servings. Depends on how big your appetite is at breakfast!
Decorating. Top it with fresh mint leaves for a seriously good looking morning drink.

Berries and Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
½ cup blueberries
1 banana cut in chunks
½ kiwi, sliced
2 cups fresh spinach
½ cup ice cubes
1 cup fat-free milk
½ cup 100% apple juice
Directions
Before you begin: Wash your hands.
Combine strawberries, blueberries, banana, kiwi, spinach, ice cubes, fat-free milk and apple juice in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in a cup.

Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
▢2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
▢1 cup milk
▢½ cup vanilla yogurt
▢1 banana frozen , cut into chunks
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.

BLUEBERRY, MANGO AND BANANA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
½ cup sliced strawberries
½ cup blueberries
1 banana
1 cup mango chunks
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup soy milk, almond milk, or skim milk or water (the liquid helps it blend)
6-8 ice cubes
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend at high speed until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup(s) Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup(s) Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B® Blueberries
2 Tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
Instructions
1Combine yogurt, protein powder, blueberries, sweetener and flax seeds in a blender, and blend 30 seconds until smooth.

SECRET BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE | THM E, LOW FAT
INGREDIENTS
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 small banana (1/4 cup or so of slices)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon to 1 scoop THM Pristine Whey Protein or other on plan whey protein powder
1 tablespoon THM Integral Collagen (or omit whey and use all collagen)
1 teaspoon THM Dynamic Duo Greens Powder
1 teaspoon THM Baobab Boost Powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon MCT oil, optional
2 "doonks" (a 1/32 tsp measure) high mineral salt
Sweetener, to taste if desired
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a blender jar.
Blend until smooth and completely blended.
Taste and add sweetener and blend briefly to mix, if needed.
NOTES
WHEY AND COLLAGEN NOTES:
Use any combination of whey and collagen in the amount you desire. Or, omit all together - just make sure to have lean protein with your smoothie in some form.
For a snack, a tablespoon of each or 2 tablespoons of 1 is fine.

BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
▢1 ¼ cup frozen blueberries
▢¾ cup whole milk note 1
▢¾ cup greek yogurt
▢¼ cup quick oats
▢2 tablespoons honey
▢1 tablespoon ground or sliced almonds
▢a pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients in the written order into your blender and blend starting slow for a couple of seconds to full power for around 60 seconds.
Serve immediately, the smoothie is best cold and as fresh as possible.
NOTES
You can also use plant based milk, oat milk fits perfectly here since we use oats already in the recipe.
Variations: Adjust the amount or kind of sweetener to your personal taste. You can add some cinnamon, vanilla or lemon zest for a little taste upgrade.
Makes around 2 1/2 cups and stays good in your fridge for up to one day, however, taste and texture is best when consumed immediately.

Blueberry Banana Chai Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup chai latte mix with milk*
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
2 tsp ground flax seed
1 banana sliced and frozen
1/2 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Give it a whirl until smooth and frothy.
Enjoy!
Notes
*For this recipe, I used a premixed soy based vanilla chai latte beverage from Bolthouse Farms. You can use any mix you'd prefer - Tazo has a nice organic chai mix that you can add any milk to create a latte mix.

EASY SPINACH BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Almond milk (You can also use your fave non-dairy milk!)
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup fresh spinach
1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
pinch of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup dairy-free yogurt (optional)
2 Tbsps Agave, for additional sweetness (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender (adding the frozen blueberries first, then the rest following) and blend until smooth.
Adjust the amount of milk (or add ice), depending on desired consistency, adding 1 Tbsp more at a time, if needed.
To serve—grab one or two prepared glass(es) and pour smoothie into each, top with fresh spinach (if desired) and grab a straw.
Sip and enjoy!

Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Pineapple Smoothie

1 cup Pineapple
1 medium Banana
1 tablespoon Lime juice

1 teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 cup Aloe vera juice

Kale Blueberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup almond milk
1 large kale leaf
1 medium frozen banana (peeled, sliced and frozen)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick, add extra milk to thin.
Serve immediately.
Note: You can add sweetener or add dates if you want it sweeter.
