We are under contract in Carrolton Texas! We've been hard at it for several months in a super competitive market but persistence is paying off. We showed this house on Sunday and then raced the hurricane back home in Montgomery. With no electricity and waiting to hear the verdict on the offer we were all sweating it out literally! Small obstacles to have to work around though as I will be walking with my clients stride for stride to get them to closing table. Very exciting for all involved!

Monthly market report for January. Active listings are growing, however still far short of the pre-covid numbers. With interest rates beginning to ease the market is pushing in a positive trend. Buyers are still motivated and we are still seeing some multiple offer situations for the right property. For more market information please like and share the page and I will keep you updated!

According to Forbes, the average interest rate for a single family home on a 30 year mortgage as of 12-18-2023 is down to 7.26%.

Marry the house date the rate. A phrase that's heard all too often in real estate lately.
