One of our favorite things to do after an exterior paint project is walk around the freshly painted property to see the transformation in its entirety. Swipe to see the before of this property.

One thing we hear from our clients a lot is they want a trendy design for their renovation but not so trendy it goes out of style in a few years.
That’s why we focus a lot on infusing trendy and modern elements with more timeless elements. For example, we’ll try to keep major furniture pieces in a more classic style and pair it with smaller trendy decor like lighting and a rug. This helps pull both elements into the design providing a modern design that will stay modern for years to come!

We’re loving the drama and texture this ribbed effect brings to a space!

Believe it or not, you can get this stone look without a skilled mason.
There are always areas to splurge and save when it comes to your multifamily renovations and one benefit of working with a designer for your project is we can help you determine which areas fall under each of those categories.
If you’re looking for help with just that, we’d love to chat. DM us to schedule a free, no obligation call.

We love how these tiled walls bring an unexpected touch of retro-flair.

One thing we always do with our exterior paint projects is mockup an entire section of the building to showcase what it will look like. Then we can make any adjustments prior to moving forward with the entire property. This prevents unnecessary labor and material waste helping to keep you on budget.

We’re still swooning over this clubhouse remodel we wrapped up at the beginning of the year.

Consider these questions when choosing which amenities to prioritize:
+ What amenities does this demographic use most in this market?
+ How much would rent have to increase when adding this amenity? Would this market support that?
+ How much space would this amenity use? How would its layout fit? What other amenities could occupy that same area?
+ Could current B– amenity be rehabbed to a B amenity or a B to an A–?
Asking these questions can help you determine which is going to give you the most bang for your buck in terms of both renovation and value-add.
