Happy Mothers Day Momma. Katherine Elizabeth Hicks Russell. I'm completely agast that I've lost everything that
I owned to ruthless men including any picture of you that I had and I had many. Life has never seemed to deal us a royal straight but we always had God and each other I miss you more than words can tell. I've never met any woman like you. No one as kind and giving, no one that stood on God's word and kept theirs like you did, no one that loved her family and kept her word like you. No one that fought for her husband and the love that she had for her him and kept her vow of marriage under the most extreme circumstances than anyone ever should have. The witness of your passion for Jesus and your family. God blessed us with such a gift in you. I'm so sorry that you went home and passed from this terrible place with a complete broken heart. I thought I might come with you shortly. But seems my destiny is not to far from yours. I thank you for trying to protect Deanette and me from the secrets that turned me into a very bad guy, a scoiopathy that I didn't understand until the repressed memories came to the light. I am sorry for the pain that I unwittingly caused you. Mom you are still my hero. You never have had any competion. I hope to tell our story of God's completely amazing love for us in a book before I come home if He is willing and He tarrys. You gave me my true north while we lived an Apalachian horror story worse than anything Rob Zombie could produce. You were the person that Ive never seen live like Jesus before or since. Rest in Paradise with Jesus Mom. I look forward to our homecoming. Tell Dad I miss him too and I love him like you do.
