Soooo, this year I told myself that I would do uncomfortable things 😬😬
So here I am promoting my business to those who don’t know 😀. Such a big leap of faith to leave my job, but i have to trust the process and continue put myself out there!!

We all should try to do hard things and this is mine 💕

So it’s been a year since I left my job to pursue my business full-time. It’s been a rollercoaster but so glad I took a leap of faith ♥️. Thanks to all my clients that have helped me this year, you are so loved!

How does your fl**ge fit? Here is my new Fl**ge FITS Guide, at least the short version. Longer version with more details coming soon!
I find that the perfect size is usually the one where the tunnel is the same size or almost the same size as your actual nipple…I find that people get more milk and much more comfort this way! And pumping is often quicker or they get more milk.
What size are you? Have you tried larger and smaller to see what works best?
I teach workshops for professionals about fl**ge fitting, pumping and bottles, so if you would like to see an IBCLC or other perinatal professional that has taken my workshop, let me know! Or, I may be available, but I’m not available again until late May for consultations.
