Met the guy today that lit a fire under my ass years ago during a time of great struggle for me with his stories of having a family and quitting bodybuilding to be a landscaper to provide for his family to now owning a supplement company. Thank you for the picture and the moment of your time,

Not that it doesnโt p**s me off to not look and feel my best. Because it peels my skin. If it didnโt bother me Iโd be a s**t bodybuilder. That being said, Iโm having minor aches and pains lately and began to have some respiratory irritation yesterday so I took it as a sign to deload. Trained legs tonight and took these pics post workout.
