Meta’s Menlo Park project, which planned to deliver thousands of homes, has been paused due to rising construction costs, changing market conditions, and shifting development priorities.

While timelines may adjust, the demand for housing remains strong—underscoring the importance of supporting builders and creating more efficient pathways to move projects forward.
