We want to help this areas youth train to become the best athlete they can be by putting them through workouts, positions drills, lifting, etc..
We want to train athletes of all ages to help them reach their full potential. Working with athletes to reach their goals we will put them through workouts that pertain to their position and sport. Whatever you want yourself/your child to improve on is what we will concentrate on. We will teach/coach things such as correct running form, 40 yard dash, 20 yard shuttle, cone drills, position drills,
Next training session is Wednesday at 1pm! This will be one of our last sessions of the summer!!
Our schedule is now open and we are able to fit in private sessions at any time during the week! Don't hesitate to give us a call! 240-357-7210

Champions are made, not born. These athletes WILL be champions one day. This is the Clay Training Family!!

Everyone has been showing improvements and are all becoming better athletes every day! We are very proud of these guys as they have put in numerous hours of hard work and are beginning to understand the fact that "It's not where you start, it's where you finish"
Training tomorrow at 11:30!
Training session tomorrow morning at 10am and Wednesday at 10am!
The next training sessions hosted will be on Tuesday, June 24th at Greenway Avenue Stadium. 10:00 AM for athletes going into the 8th grade and younger and 11:15 AM for athletes going into the 9th grade and older.
