I returned the vacuum to get gasket inserted, they charged me for correcting their mistake.
I picked up the vacuum and took the job site and the vacuum did not turn on.
I returned the vacuum and they checked it out and said the motor needs to be replaced. Reminder that the motor was working fine before they added the gasket and again the vacuum is less then 2 months old.
This company is a joke and do terrible work on vacuums.
Also, their new vacuums they sale are very over priced. You can find the same vacuums for 35% lower online or at other stores.
