As an experienced Crate Builder, you will be expected to:

Cut wood and foam according to the bill of material

Assemble wood crates or skids according assembly instructions

Work safely in a fast pace manufacturing environment where precision is a must

Work in a team environment and take direction from a team lead

Perform heavy lifting

Read assembly instructions, use power tools, and industrial saws

Measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (part-time schedules also available) OT frequently available from Monday-Friday 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays (hours vary)

Work at customer locations and/or IPSI's facility.

Interact professionally with customer contacts and IPSI staff to meet customer needs.

Troubleshoot (and know when to ask for help troubleshooting) a variety of construction and shipping challenges.
