Yesterday was such a proud moment for Ayurveda!

First time in the history of Consulate general of India Chicago, we celebrated Ayurveda day 😇🌿🌿

I spoke on the Fall Foods and lifestyle with Ayurveda!

I was deeply humbled by the opportunity to be the panelist in a crowd filled with Ayurveda doctors, MDs, Spiritual gurus and honored peeps of the society 🌷
