Project Check-In! We are still working hard finishing up on this 4-story, 48,660 SF hotel project in Sterling Heights, MI. On the exterior, we are working on installing the landscaping around the building. On the interior, we have completed flooring in the lobby and stairwells. The elevator has been installed. Final drywall and paint touch-ups are completed, as well as MEP and fire protection final inspections. We have final caulking and punch list coming up. Looking good Team!

Project Check-In! Work is underway on this 12,300 SF retail renovation project located in Dubuque. IA. This week we completed the final color painting of the EIFS face and soffit. The access panel door for the canopy was painted as well, and we are wrapping up the exterior scope. Overhead wires were pulled and readied for lighting and underground rough-ins are complete, along with the trenches backfilled and poured. Next up is installation of doors and frames, lighting fixtures and ACT grid install. Great work team!

Project Completion! Work on this 5,998 SF Vet center build-out located in Chicago has reached the turnover point. This project features a neutral color pallet highlighted beautifully by both natural and interior lighting fixtures. The building’s exterior boasts bold patriotic signage that welcomes veterans and visitors to the center. Great work team! We are proud to be working on other projects for this national client!

Memorial Day is a time to remember and honor those who died while serving our country.

Project Check-In! We are beginning work on this 18,800 SF interior office refresh located in Lansing, MI. It will give this space all new life! The best way to start is with installation of dust barriers and select demo. We are currently removing all the wallpaper, refinishing & painting the walls, and stripping/waxing the existing VCT flooring. Our team is also ready to remove flooring in preparation for new finishes, remodeling the existing IT Room, and constructing a new ribbon window partition wall in the reception area. Great start by our DeLauter team, who will be completing the project after hours so that their working hours are not interrupted during construction.

Florida Project Completion! Another successful project is wrapping up in Winter Garden. 8 spacious suites spread out over 17,000SF of the North tower building received total renovations to provide comforting accommodations to guests. Each suite has unique features and occupancy levels, providing guests the best experience while they stay and enjoy the attached spa amenities. Great work done by our entire FL team!

Florida Project Completion! Look at this stunning 5,200 SF multi-suite salon tenant project in Stuart. This salon features 27 customizable suites of varying sizes. Beautiful lighting perfectly highlights the many custom branded features including the entranceway water feature. Great work by our team on another successful project with this repeat client. Our team went into overdrive to perfect the space; installing custom wallcoverings and millwork, each is highlighted by vibrant blue backlighting and accents which are sure to provide a comfortable environment for future patients. Project Check-In! We are getting closer to the finish line on this 4-story, 48,660 SF hotel project in Sterling Heights, MI. On the exterior, we continue to install the EIFS system on the N and S elevations. The interior is seeing the completion of flooring, fire alarm systems and paint touch-ups. In addition, we are completing HVAC trim outs on the 3rd and 4th floor units and door frames on the 3rd floor as well. Looking good Team!

Florida Project completions! We are excited to announce the completion of 2 separate projects located in the Jacksonville, FL. Both spaces are approximately 2,700 SF and required complete renovations that utilize the open spaces and bright natural light. Special features include personalized branding and colors throughout. Project Check-In! We are excited to announce the start of a new phase in a series of projects located in Dubuque, IA. We began demolition on Phase 1 inside the Kennedy Mall. This existing space will be built out into a 12,300 SF retail unit, in just 12 weeks. Our team is looking forward to many projects to come at this location!

Florida Project Check-In! Foundation work continues on this 954 SF restaurant project located in Tampa. We are installing the storm drain and catch basin. The dumpster pad location has been cleared from asphalt and debris in anticipation of the dumpster foundation. The building foundation is now complete as well, leading the way for the rough/sump pump box and hydrostatic drain line inspections. Once complete, we are ready to start pouring the crawl space flooring! Great progress by our Florida team!

Project Check-in! Progress continues on this 5,998 SF Vet center build-out located in Chicago. We are working on cutting in ceiling tile borders and finishing up the acoustical grid, along with overhead wiring and can light installation. Our team also completed roof inspections and fire sprinkler installation and trees were cut on site. Next up, we are set to begin the LED lighting installation once the can lights are completed.

Florida Project Check-In! We are looking at this resort and spa build-out that includes 8 separate units and totals 17,512 SF building area, located in Winter Garden. We are busy installing the lighting package, placing toilets and water heaters, wrapping up the remaining casing and doors, and installing vanities and kitchen cabinets. We recently completed all the flooring and are finishing up the remaining tile work. Next up we will be finishing the showers, tubs, and entry doors.

Specially designed to suit the needs of patients and their care teams, we took great care to finish the project on time. Project check-in! This week we are back to check on progress of this 3-story, 138,850 SF self-storage facility in Warren, MI. We’ve just finished up running the gas lines and began rough-in for the water heater and water lines in the second-floor bathrooms. The store front installation has also begun along with overhead doors for the unloading bay. Now that storage partitions have been placed, the project is really coming together! Great work team!
