The money raised will be used to help veterans and their families in need.
We had a great District 4 meeting yesterday in South Hill. District 4 made "all state" ranking(only 2 made it in the state). New officers were elected and we had a great joint meeting with the VFW Auxiliary followed by a great meal.
Post 7819 Crewe will NOT be having a meeting in May. Our next regular monthly meeting will be June 22.
We need lots of help and support next weekend for our Poppy Drive. Please donate when you see us around town. This money goes to help veterans and their families.

US Military Homecoming Tribute (Daughtry- Im coming home) “I’m going home to where I belong.” These are the words of the Daughtry song behind these photos of returning troops. There is nothing to compare with the first moments of your return to those you love, who you’ve thought of every day while away in a war zone. Nothing like it at all.
50 LIKES!!! Awesome....keep sharing and spreading the word. We are looking for Veterans who have served their country and who would like to help us help other veterans who may be homeless, home bound, looking for help or maybe they just want to be around a group of men and women who have been there and done that and we can all sit around and talk about things.
We also do a lot in the local schools with contests and award presentations.
Thanks for all the help.
The concrete has been poured, electrical wiring for the light is installed and the bases for the flag poles are in the ground.
