Pastor Rick and I couldn’t have been prouder of our church family then we were today!

They came together, they planned, they volunteered with smiles and great attitudes, they laughed, they joked, they worked hard, they shared Jesus and they showed Jesus to everyone!

They displayed today what it means to be a TRUE Christ follower!!!!

Not to mention, they put smiles on children’s faces and the faces of their parents!!

God orchestrated this day and blessed us beyond belief!!!!

Please keep Sandy Creek Baptist Church in your prayers. Their pastor was killed tragically last night in a motorcycle accident on his way to church.

Also, lift up his family! I can’t imagine the devastation they feel today.

Please also keep your first responders in your prayers today and everyday. Situations like these are very hard on them as well.

Please pray for our dear friend, Bob Neutz from Toano who has just been taken to the hospital with a stroke. Please keep Hollis, his wife in your prayers as well.
We just had the dearest time talking on the phone today around lunchtime.
We never know what the next minute holds for us!

If you would like to place an Easter lily in the church for Easter Sunday in memory of someone please let me know and bring it up to church that week. Please don’t bring on Easter Sunday.

Spring is a time for rebirth, newness in our world and so it will begin at CCC Crewe this Sunday morning!!

A few changes will be beginning so We wanted to let you know about them!!!

We will have blended worship music beginning this week, equal parts of praise and worship music and hymns.

We will have the Scripture reading each Sunday before the sermon and everyone will be asked to stand during the reading of God’s holy word.

We are bringing greeters back, one at each door effective this Sunday. The greeters will serve for the month and then new greeters will begin. Please let us know which month you would like!!

Also, communion will be the last Sunday of each month beginning the last Sunday of March. Makenzie will be preparing the communion table for our church family and serving them.

God is speaking and we are listening!!!!!

The Healing Place is a safe place for our youth to share and to be heard. There are so many issues facing them today and the primary issue is bullying.

I am partnering with others that have been bullied and understand including myself.

I will be receiving my Bachelors degree from Liberty University this fall in Christian Counseling.

However my heart is for the children. This is designed for them to have a place, a safe place to be heard and understood.

There is a message button at the top to be private.

It’s a place to listen and a place of encouragement. It will be developing as time progresses.

God has birthed this page and he will be revealing and directing the manner in which it is handled and the things that are offered.

He told me to start this and he will direct me and lead me so I am listening to him.

Please keep our best friends David and Darla Hanson and Mariah in your prayers as David’s father passed away last night.
David is in Minnesota with his family and I ask for a sense of peace, comfort and the loving arms of Jesus to hold him during this difficult time for him.

A big Thank You to all those who stepped up and gave to help the woman that lost everything in a house fire last week.

Because of your generosity and “doing what Jesus would do”, she will receive some of the help she needs!
