When I say we make everything from scratch in this house, I tend to mean everything.
That makes some meals very busy and a simple Wednesday dinner can feel like Thanksgiving, with all the prep.

I’m going full out homemade gyros and feta fries tonight.
Gyro meat is marinating, pitas are in the oven, the cheese is in the brine, tzatziki sauce is about to be made, (with homemade yogurt) and potatoes freshly cut and soaking in ice water. (And homemade mozzarella cheese out of the freezer)
Looking forward to this one because it’s my first feta and I LOVE Mediterranean food!!

TRF’s Daisy Rose is a stunning, sweet little doeling with a huge personality. She’s a cuddler and will be a terrific dairy goat. Her mom is great on the stand, giving over 1/2 gallon a day.
Dad has an outgoing friendly personality that he passes to all of his kids. Both parents are on premises. Both come from well known dairy herds.
Purebred Miniature Nubian, registered, clean tested herd. We give lifetime support to our buyers.
