As an introvert, a major homebody, anddd someone who monetizes social media platforms, I stand by this ten toes down.
Less technology, more real life.

Listen, no one is perfect. But if I’m feeling off in my parenting & need a “don’t do it check list” this is it!

1. Provoke Their Children to Anger
“Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” – Ephesians 6:4
It’s easy to be harsh, overly critical but it hurts the relationship deeply.

2. Neglect to Teach Them God’s Word
“These words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children...” – Deuteronomy 6:6-7
Make teaching God’s Word a daily priority, integrating it into everyday life and conversations.

3. Put Worldly Success Above Spiritual Growth
“For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul?” – Matthew 16:26
Outch! This one is tough and I am guilty of it. But prioritizing academics, sports, or careers over a child’s spiritual growth can lead to upside down values.

4. Having Favorites
“But if you show favoritism, you sin” – James 2:9
Playing favorites among children can lead to bitterness, jealousy, and broken relationships, as seen in the story of Joseph and his brothers (Genesis 37).

5. Neglect Discipline
“The one who loves their children is careful to discipline them.” – Proverbs 13:24
Loving discipline, rooted in wisdom and consistency, is for a child’s growth in character and respect for God’s authority.

6. Be Hypocritical
“You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.” – Matthew 7:5
Living one way at church and another at home undermines their character and intergrity.

7. Ignore Their Need for Love and Nurture
“Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.” – 1 Peter 4:8
More than anything, children need to feel safe and loved unconditionally—it is the deepest need of every child.

“❗️PROTEIN IS A MYTH❗️

Our body cannot properly absorb or utilize “protein.” It absorbs what protein is made up of which is known as *Amino Acids* These are some of the essential nutrients we require not protein. The body produces 11 of these, the other 9 we receive from an external source.

Plants provide the purest form of “protein” or essential amino acids with none of the negative effects associated with animal protein. All “protein” originates from plants therefore animal flesh is simply recycled protein. Cut out the middle man go straight to the source, business 101.

Why are plants the best source for humans?
Because we are anatomically, biologically, physiologically, and instinctually frugivores. Every species on the planet has a species-specific diet and to achieve true health we must abide by these laws of nature.

In the fitness and body-building world there is a great emphasis on high amounts of protein but in reality we actually require a very small amount of “protein” and plants contain it in the perfect ratio. Excess protein places stress on the organs and creates an acidic environment inside the body leading to the development of inflammation and dis-ease.

Most people believe they need to consume animal flesh for strength but the opposite reigns true. The strongest species on the planet are all plant eaters...Hippos, rhinos, elephants, horses, bison, deer, and gorillas. So in the end it’s not “protein” we seek or need, it’s amino acids.”
