I am a long-term resident of Crafton Borough running for Mayor.
I am starting a new thing...it will be fact and opinion based ....it will initially begin on my mayoral page and also start small on my discord page too.
I will do unlike some others...still attend meetings and make myself available.
On Tuesday (election day) my Richard Dixon for mayor signs will be up. Pray about it and if you feel the desire right my name in. That is all I will say about myself.
So, to the Ballot you have two people listed for mayor. The incumbent now most will say she disrespected this person and said JC...if that is what you have to not vote for her...that's sad. Let me make it clear.....Romans 3:23-niv "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.." Let' be clear she is at the meetings; she is engaged even on the 2026 budget and very much helping in the decisions. And it is balanced; there are no tax increases. And while she is at those meetings, making sure our Police Department and Chief have their needs met. The other candidate HAS NOT been to one meeting since becoming the Republican Nominee.
So again, pray about what you know this community needs, and can any nominee or person asking for your vote commit themselves to this job. Remember the Mayor councilperson should and must be responsible to you and the best interest of this community. Their JOB for YOU is not "part time."

Some changes are coming to this page...community happenings and my thoughts of the direction of Crafton, PA.....there will be some of my thoughts of the current political direction....there are choices coming for this community as it asked for "change." That change seems like the same ole thing...just different faces.

As we take a step back to pause, may we take the time Remember and Honor those who paid the ultimate price for our Freedom's, it was the clear example of what our Lord did for each of us that our men and women laid their lives down for as well.

Just a heads up
This is the only location of this video it's just over 10 minutes long, but this is for everyone to watch, consider and determine which candidate is going to provide the change our community was asking for. I am respectfully asking for YOUR VOTE.
This is the last video which is part 3 of my plan for OUR community, and tomorrow is YOUR time to take the community where it goes next. Thanks again for the opportunity to serve EVERYONE in the community. This last part is about where can the economy of this community go or what is another option to what we have now. It's a reasonable choice.
