Spring is finally here and so is wedding season. We are so excited to be coordinating one wedding and two ceremonies for The Starlit Sanctuary. It's going to be an unforgettable month, filled with love, laughter, and happiness!

Most of what we do as wedding coordinators goes completely unnoticed—and we actually prefer it that way.
Here are 5 things I quietly handled this month so my couples could stay stress‑free:
1. Found seats for unexpected guests at a packed reception (this is why we always plan for extra items).
2. Replaced dead batteries in two thermostats before a ceremony so no one had to sweat it—literally.
3. Double‑counted plates (and linens, napkins, flowers, headcount…the counting never stops) to make sure every guest was covered.
4. Unwrapped and organized sparklers ahead of the exit so the send‑off was magical, not chaotic.
5. Sent 130+ emails to vendors and clients—just the start of spring wedding season—because clear communication is everything.

95% of the time, the answer is simple — a relaxed, stress-free wedding day.
During our planning process, we work together to build the flow of the day — they get to curate the experience, and I get to execute it.
