Whomever it is apparently has an older model Ford and Chrysler. They were left here a couple of days ago.

I have rakes, contractor bags, fuel and much more! And the much coveted L14-30 twist lock plugs.

I made the choice to close the store today for Labor Day. I realize many will be disappointed when they drive up and see us closed but we needed a break if for no other reason than to catch up with our own homes.
We will be open tomorrow morning regular times, 7-5.
I expect another large shipment in the morning as well, consisting of more gas cans, extension cords, rakes, etc. I have continued to be well stocked on batteries, tarps, rope and and plumbing supplies. Lastly I still have two 4000wt generators and one 7250wt in stock.

We are hiring!
We have found ourselves a bit shorthanded this summer and are looking to hire someone to help fill in when needed and possibly full time based on his/her abilities. Requirements for the job are first and foremost a willingness to work! Other than that, he or she needs to be able to handle multiple and varied items weighing upwards of 100 lbs or more and be willing to work weekends. Also, having some knowledge of hardware in general is a huge plus! The position would entail stocking and cleaning of store and displays, keeping up with general appearance of outside areas and lastly but most importantly, greeting and assisting customers.
Benefits of the job are first and foremost, an opportunity to learn. After a short time, you will become familiar with basic plumbing and electrical knowledge and the tools and goods available for such trades. We also sell and have extensive knowledge of well systems, painting and masonry goods. A capable young person working here just 1 year will be able to fix most things around the home! You also will come into contact with many people and companies in our area.
Hiring at this time of year often brings in young men who will be going back to school or off to college come fall. While we would consider hiring such a person temporarily, we would prefer someone looking to be here more long term.

We are seeking a full time employee for store clerk position. Job entails stocking, cleaning and assisting customers. Applicants must be clean, articulate, have reliable transportation and be able to handle items that weigh in excess of 100 lbs. We are open 7 days a week so applicant must also be willing to work occasional Saturdays.
This is a great opportunity for a young person just starting out to gain real world knowledge about tools, plumbing and electrical fittings, painting, fasteners, etc.
