Hey yβall!!! Please assist in sharing this important anonymous survey with recovery and Substance Use Disorder community members who are 18 years or older and live one of these 14 Kentucky counties: Estill, Menifee, Powell, Wolfe, Morgan, Jackson, Lee, Owsley, Rockcastle, Clay, Pulaski, Montgomery, Clark, and Madison. You can also still take the survey if you live in any of the other counties in KY!
Our hope is that this research spotlights any existing gaps in recovery-based services and evaluates the needs of Substance Use Disorder community members. Ultimately, our goal is to assist in building those bridges that are needed to make sure all needs are met.
The anonymous survey will take roughly 5 minutes and can be accessed directly from this link:
https://xavier.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8p7dsii35UzR4ZU
For further information please contact Dr. Ryan Joseph Allen, Ed.D. at [email protected] or 859-835-2764. The attached flyer has more detailed information. Thank you so much for your help in disseminating the survey to family, friends, participants, volunteers, and colleagues who are in the Substance Use Disorder and recovery ecosystem.
