need to cleanse after the holidays? cut out these things ASAP ⬇️ 🤪
- negative comments well-intentioned family members made
- negative thoughts you have about anything you ate
- negative comments about your body
that's it! there's absolutely no need to go on a diet or juice cleanse after the holiday. but ^ this kind of cleanse is definitely one I recommend
