How y’all feel about RIB TIPS hitting the menu? 👀

Smoked low and slow, glazed to perfection, sticky, tender, and packed with that deep BBQ flavor you already know we don’t play about. That bark, that glaze, that bite 🤤

These beauties might be making an appearance soon… but I need to know —

👉 Would you order rib tips?

Let me hear it in the comments! If the demand is there, they’re going on the menu. 🔥🍖

If you’re in New Orleans and craving bold, classic Louisiana flavor, Mr. Ed’s does not miss.

🍲 Jambalaya
The jambalaya was so good—rich, savory, and packed with flavor. The sauce had that perfect New Orleans depth: smoky, slightly spicy, with tender chunks of meat throughout. Every bite felt hearty and homemade, like it had been simmering all day. Definitely a standout dish.

🥖 “The Original” Po’Boy
I went with The Original po’boy, and it delivered. The bread was fresh with that perfect light crunch on the outside and soft interior. The sandwich was stacked generously—juicy, flavorful meat, crisp lettuce, pickles, and just the right amount of sauce bringing everything together. Big portion too… you’re not leaving hungry.

🍮Bread Pudding
Classic bread pudding, simple and delicious.

👏 Overall
Everyone at the table loved their sandwiches. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and true to classic New Orleans style. Between the quality, portion size, and flavor, it’s easy to see why this spot is a favorite.

Rating: 8.1/10

Would absolutely go back.

If you’re in NOLA, Mr. Ed’s is worth the stop.

Classic Valentine's day dish tonight, surf and turf! No food this week, BUT we're going to be reviewing food from New Orleans all week! (I made this lol)

Name a better duo than pork belly and eggs. I’ll wait. 🥓🍳

This pork belly omelette is officially the ultimate morning game changer. Between the richness of the pork and that perfect drizzle on top, I’m pretty sure I’ve reached peak breakfast. 🤤
