It’s about showing someone there is a better version of themselves within, and their life will be 10x better when we achieve that 🙌🏼

It’s not always about how perfect a program and nutrition plan is (it does matter to have the right one for you).
It’s about building trust with EACH other 🏆

I never thought that when I got in this industry that I would impact people beyond the scale. Once I realized how much impact was made in their daily life, that made my passion grow more than it ever has ❤️

Self-myofascial Release (SMR) 😯

A very cheap but effective tool 💪🏼

I have been slacking on my lifts the last few weeks and I need some people to tell me to stop being lazy 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m not perfect but I can recognize when I’m off and it’s time to change that 💪🏼

Thanks to for pointing me to Project-1 pre workout. This stuff was awesome tonight. It wasn’t to much for me, I don’t like feeling shaky or to much tingling. This was perfect ✔️

The amount I learned from this challenge was honestly the best part aside from the results.
.
I ended up losing 15.8lbs and 5.9% body fat 💪🏼
.
I learned mostly about myself and how lazy I was actually being with the time I had. At first I thought I would be way to crunched on time everyday but turns out I had a lot more than I imagine!
.
I spent my time making myself think I was “busy” but I wasn’t. I was just filling in my time with things that didn’t progress me forward.
.
75 hard taught me to use my time wisely each day and not to waste it.
.

Before 75 hard started I was telling myself that these outside workouts were going to be awful in the winter. I was wrong.

Turns out it’s the most peaceful part of my day 🙏🏼

This is a great photo that I can relate back to fitness/ health goals.

People try to make giant leaps by taking certain weight lost supplements, medications or even surgery’s. (Photo on the right) they often make it a few steps but then fall back down.

If you make small changes and form those changes into daily habits then you will look like the person on the left. Don’t rush the process of becoming healthier. Find what you like to do when it comes to fitness and find what “diet” works for your lifestyle. 🙌🏼💪🏼
