Communities are strongest when people feel a sense of connection and belonging.

This Pride Month, we celebrate the many people and communities that make Oregon vibrant, including those who contribute to our agriculture, natural resources and rural communities. Agriculture thrives because of the wide range of experiences, perspectives and talents that people bring to the work.

We're proud to partner with Cultivating Change, a nonprofit organization that supports LGBTQ2S+ students, professionals and leaders in agriculture, and we look forward to engaging with colleagues from across the country at the Cultivating Change Summit this fall.

Happy Pride Month from the Cultivating Change Foundation! 🌱

This month, we celebrate the LGBTQ+ individuals who help shape food, agriculture, and rural communities every day. Pride is about visibility, belonging, and creating spaces where people can show up authentically and thrive.

As we celebrate, we invite you to support the work of Cultivating Change. Your donation helps fund scholarships, student programming, community events, leadership development, and opportunities that advance LGBTQ+ people across our industry.

Together, we can continue cultivating a more inclusive future for food and agriculture. 💚 Donate today at the link below:
