Process XXL tubes

We will be taking delivery of this Fiber Tube Laser the end of November 2019. This will be the very first fiber tube laser with the ability to also thread (tap) holes in the U.S. We will be able to process carbon, stainless, copper, brass, aluminum. With an 8 station tool changer and rapid cut technology we will be able to process tube, channel, angle products faster than any other machine on the market today and offer finished products with no machining or secondary process required.

Our new Laser system arrived last week, installation is under way now.

Our company received an SBA Business Excellence award this week. We are very thankful for the recognition and appreciative of all our customers who allow us to do what we do each day.

To build our team we are beginning an Apprenticeship Program!

We enjoyed a meal and gift giving with our team today. We also celebrated our team members who are celebrating 10 years or more with us and presented them with these amazing custom engraved gifts.

We are currently replacing all lighting throughout the plant with LED.

New robot cell finished installing today

New Lincoln System 55 install finished today. We are excited get it working!

Travel Ban For Cortland And Area County Roads | X101 Always Classic

Our hours of operation Wednesday March 15 will be:
1st shift: 9am-5pm
2nd shift: 4pm-midnight
Cortland county travel ban is lifted as of 8am.

Travel Ban For Cortland And Area County Roads | X101 Always Classic Cortland County Sheriff Mark E. Helms has issued a travel ban closing all roads in Cortland County except for emergency traffic from 2 pm today until 8 am Wednesday morning.

Our plant will open at 9am Wednesday March 15th. Team leaders are contacting all employees this evening.

We will be closing our plant at 11am today due to the storm.

Nice article our local newspaper did on our company. We are very fortunate to have assembled such a solid team.
