The crew at Corona Motor Worx is all about go-fast power and overall performance. So, when talks first began about a potential EVP x CMX partnership, it didnβt take long for both sides to realize it was a match made in horsepower heaven.
When it comes to building a loyal customer base through first-class support, products and services, SoCal powersport speed freaks have relied on CMX since the 10,000 sq. ft. dealershipβs doors opened back in 2008. CMX entered the Los Angeles-area metric motorcycle, PWC, ATV and UTV scene with a full-service shop and tuning facility at a time when Rhinos ruled the side-by-side landscape. Ready to start the process. The end result of our in house V***r Honing. First the crank case was cleaned in a heated solvent bath, which the last photos show a cleaned crank case core. A second heated solvent bath after v***r honing, ready for custom hardware machining and CMX dry sleeves for very reliable 400hp systems. We didnβt build it, but we will dial it in! If you think performance isnβt right, youβre probably right. Confirming this car was down on power on its first hit even after finding and replacing a faulty fuel pump relay harness and passing basic topical review of functioning systems. The FIND: S&B particle separator has a colllar to mate the factory air box to its housing with duct to upper bonnet for separator unit. This inner collar was flapped over and effectively cutting off 50% of airflow into factory air box! Corrected and re-hit on the dyno = 5whp on 91 octane tune. More adjustment with clutch system for tire size and thatβs a wrap! Dialed for with Code Shooter adjustable power system. Vids to come.

Blasting off a fresh set of H116 Jigsaw wheels with the proper Desert Tire for a special friend of
Base line run. Brand new 2022 Can-Am X3 with 200hp RR engine and P-Drive Clutch from We weβre tasked to build 7 of these from the crates! Breaking this one in on the dyno and letting her rip! The exhaust smoke is normal when these things get really hot for the first time under load. So here is our baseline. We will show off the 2021 RR we ran also, making the same numbers!
Ran this and powered car last week after repairs and clutch tuning. This original EVO Stage 6 running on 110 octane fuel is running strong after our services. See the first video of this car to see how this car came to us on power. .motorsports

Getting things done on the .motorsports Dyno with all the good stuff from and some beauty from to show off soon!
We threw a new engine in this car a year ago, along with an Desert Storm turbo system. In here for a pre-sale full service and shake down. On low boost itβs blowing through the stock clutches a bit which we will adjust to get the wheel horsepower up a bit. Nice to see this car take all the glamis pounding on the EVO Shift-Tek system, helix and XR EVO primary bolt. This is about as much as weβd really want to run on the stock primary, you better know why! This car is for sale for the right price now also ,comment for the owner if interested.
You can really hear the difference with a car making like NO power. This bad ass build with an Stage 6 turbo system on 110 came in for service. Clutching calibration was not possible, and to see why, letβs throw it on the dyno. This car is only making 12psi of boost, and should be 27-28psi. Although it came in for general service and really no complaint about being down on power; weβre pretty sure this dude is gonna love when we make it rip again like itβs supposed to!
