I haven’t been keeping a good track of my weight loss because losing weight isn’t the end goal. My BMI is within a Healthy range. My diet is not perfect but it’s 100% better than it was 7 mths ago. In the gym at least 2-4X a week. Getting up early in the morning before work isn’t something I love to do because I love sleep however I do it. 😵‍💫 The key to success is consistency. Anything is possible if you are willing to put in the work. I Really enjoy cardio but having to cut it out of my workout regimen to focus on building muscles. I can’t wait for the results. Let’s grow!!
