I had been a patient of the Anoka select Eye Care Clinic since 2012. I found it in my best interest to sever my ties with this Clinic as well as the one in C**n Rapids.
Their major downfall was Dave, one of the owners I have never been treated so rudely and inconsiderate as I was by him. In my profession had I hung up on a member customer patient whatever you prefer to call them I would have lost my job. He stated to me I heard your story yesterday I don't want to hear it again and hung up the phone. This in my opinion is completely unacceptable and not okay.
I reached out again to the Anoka office to request copies of my records as well as contacts to get me through until I could find a new provider. I was mortified when I received lenses that number one expired in February of 2019 and another box that expired in June of 2019. I am not sure how a business can get by with providing expired product.
Please if looking for new providers be very very very cautious about this group and practice High in my right mind and heart could not and will not ever be able to recommend this group to anyone.
