Over the course of the past two weeks, CPD has successfully delivered nearly 70 coats to children in our community as part of the Cops & Coats program. We would like to say thank you to the Target and Old Navy on Elsinger Blvd, the Walmart on Hwy 65, and the Walmart Neighborhood Market Conway - Prince St for their participation in this program. Without generous support from organization like yours, Cops & Coats would not be possible! We hope all the children enjoy their new coats and stay warm for winter!

We are so excited! Cops & Coats is one of our favorite programs. It is always a heartwarming experience to see a child's smiling face as we deliver their brand new winter coat!

Attached is a Google Form that will need to be filled out in its entirety if you are interested in the program. Please pay close attention to the directions on the application. All forms will need to be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2022.

Walmart Neighborhood Market Conway - Prince St you should probably train your employees better. I was just in your store. While I was using the self checkout, I watched an elderly gentleman walk up and down by the registers looking for someone to check him out. You had NO cashiers working. This man had to use a cart just to walk through the store with his FOUR items. Your FIVE employees standing at the front talking about how good of a job they do watched that man. Then, they watched me walk over and help him myself because your employees did not care to help him. We have tried calling your store to speak to a manager about what happened, and every time someone answers the phone, we get hung up on when we ask for a manager. I shop at your store WEEKLY. However, if your employees are more worried about standing around and bragging about how good of a job they do, you should probably work on hiring employees who actually care. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why a customer had to help one of YOUR CUSTOMERS check out. None! Y’all are more worried about making that dollar instead of helping your customers who need it. Do better!!

Today my son and I shopped here after I picked him up from school. My son was wearing his JROTC uniform and while in the parking lot, a wonderful associate named James talked to us about how proud he was to see him in his uniform. He gave use a short back story about his military life. We thanked him for his service and appreciated how passionate he was about serving our country. This man is a gem and totally made our day!!! We will never forget this wonderful interaction!!

I’ve shopped at this particular store since it’s opened and have never been as disgusted and disappointed as I was tonight. I went to the store at 6:45 and was ready to check out at 7:20, with over 100 items in my cart.

There were zero cashiers. No main lines open. Actually they were chained closed. The only lines were self check. I expressed my inconvenience (nicely I might add). What I got was a young man that shrugged his shoulders, like he couldn’t care less.

I looked around and there wasn’t an ADULT over 21 to be found. The virus has not and will not be an excuse for poor customer service. You would think that stores and places of business would be trying even harder during this time.

The United Way of Central Arkansas and the Salvation Army of Conway Arkansas need your help collecting school supplies thru the end of August. just switched from long time Kroger shopper. Guess I will have to change back. They were announcing they were closing so you would think they would help you get gone. Soooo disappointed in walmarts policies

Are you enforcing the Conway mask ordinance? If so great, if not I’ll be changing pharmacies.

Thought employees are supposed to wear masks while working? Past 3 days your late afternoon/evening outside customer counter person has had mask pulled down to chin and tonight a different employee doesn't even have one on. You need to do checks on outside employees randomly to catch them without masks. I'm so disappointed.

Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store.
