Potato starter bread! Where has this been my whole life??!?? Oh my, it smells so good :)
Oh my goodness! A wonderful person just shared her potato starter with me! Have some loaves brewing now. This could be the beginning of something wonderful and gluten free :). Stay tuned for results!
And it’s time to turn back to pastry also. I recently had the flakiest, butteriest, heavenly croissants I have ever had in my life (!!) and am inspired to attempt to duplicate. This is going to be fun! Because even failed croissants taste too delicious anyway!
