Town Hall is now preparing Welcome Kits for new families that are moving into our community.

These new families are looking for a new EVERYTHING!

Town Hall contacts these new families each week as soon as they move into their new home.

These new families will find new places to eat, work out, wash their car......they need a new Gym, Spa, Auto Repair Shop, Dry Cleaner, Pet Groomer, Day Care Facility, Florist, Nail Salon, Pharmacy......you get the idea. They are actively seeking new local businesses and creating new purchasing patterns. They will become someone's next new local, loyal customer.

Town Hall will direct them to you before your competition even knows they are here.

Since our Welcome Kits are exclusive, and we can only accommodate one business per category, I would ask you to kindly let me know if you are interested in being featured in our local Welcome Kits.

I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail.

FAST results Vs CONSISTENT results..

If you decided to start running today would you start with 20 miles??

Of course not! You would start with something small like 1-2 miles and go a bit further each week.

At PA Fitness we take the same approach with weight loss💯

Our member Dustin is 9 weeks into the program with the long term goal of losing 100lbs. So far he’s down 14lbs!

The key here has been constancy! He didn’t jump into this with the mind set that it would happen over night. He’s not starving to death or doing crazy 2hr workouts and he’s not obsessing with the scale (it’s just a number)

60min of exercise 4 days per week, a doable nutrition plan and he’s constantly losing 1.5lbs of body fat per week, not losing muscle and not feeling like he needs to rebound back into old eating habits.

Adopting a new habit takes time! Finding something you can constantly stick to is step #1

The kettlebell swing! One of the staple movements in our class program at PA Fitness💯

There is a lot of technique involved in a proper swing but today we will focus on the top/finish position!

The KB swing is a hinge movement working mainly the posterior chain AKA back side muscles.

The glutes are the main driver for a lot of movements including the swing!

✅The picture on the left shows Sean in correct top position:
✔️Back straight
✔️No leaning back and creating arch
✔️Glutes firing to bring the hips forward
✔️Quads firing to extend the body upward
✔️Core is engaged
✔️Toes squeezing the floor for balance
✔️Arms relaxed

❌The picture on the right displays Sean in a bad top position
➖Leaning back placing stress on the low back
➖Glutes are not engaged
➖Core is not engaged ribs are open
➖Weight is all in the heels causing poor balance
➖Arms flexed and doing all the work
