7:01pm. Still in executive session? I haven't seen anything on the live stream since I started trying at about 6:30.
An excellent article for the LSGCD board to read as they make decisions that will affect the future of the Gulf Coast Aquifer system.
Important information for LSGCD board.
While the rest of the state is looking for ways to conserve water, our newly elected LSGCD board (campaigns paid for by Quadvest) is increasing pumping levels for large volume users. Amazing how the rest of the state could have a totally different philosophy about preserving our water resources from Montgomery County.
When the rest of Texas is looking to conserve and protect water for future generations, the LSGCD board increases pumping for large volume users. It's like watching the winner of the lottery blow through their winnings, just because they can. Who really thought an elected board would be better than an appointed one? Consider the future of your grandchildren instead of the bottom line of water companies like Quadvest.
