We received a "Not Guilty" verdict this morning on a Possession of Ma*****na case that we tried to have a trial on back in October. The State continued to prosecute after a busted panel months ago, and we ended up picking a jury this week. Excellent work by the team, and we will continue to fight to end the Prohibition of Ma*****na!

Our team started a Possession of Ma*****na (under 2 oz.) jury trial yesterday in Montgomery County, TX. 26 potential jurors showed up, 11 of which voiced opinion that they favored legalization. 16 of the 26 were excused for cause. Since both the State and Defense get to strike 3 people after the 16 already excused for cause, there were not enough remaining jurors to start the trial. Prime example of the waste of court and taxpayers' money and time! Failed Ma*****na Policy still in effect by the Montgomery County District Attorney. *****na

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions Resigns

Jeff Sessions ended his reign as U.S. Attorney General today.

He has obstructed ma*****na research, blocked efforts to legalize ma*****na and stated that ma*****na is only “slightly less awful than heroin”.

He joked that he thought the Klu Klux Klan was “OK until I found out they smoked pot!”

His resignation removes a major roadblock in the way of federal prohibition reform.
