How to minimize exposure during your visit?

Dear customers,

To help practice social distancing during your visits at our salon, here are some suggestions:

1. Call us or check in online to schedule your visit

2. Call the salon once you are in the parking lot to let us know you are here

3. We will take you in if there is no wait. You can wait in your car if there is a wait. Please do give the staff the phone number to call once it is your turn.

4. Staff will call you once it is your turn to get service.

We are closely monitoring the current situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and are committed to taking appropriate steps to help our customers, corporate employees, stylists and franchisees navigate this challenging time.

Please know that cleanliness and sanitization have always been a big part of running a great hair salon, so we already follow strict guidelines in our salons.

We are also increasing and adding to our supply of cleaning and sanitizing materials to ensure our stylists can clean and disinfect the salon even more thoroughly throughout the course of the day.

We would like to kindly request guests not feeling well to reschedule visits after they recover.
